Logging in on different devices
The EK333 platform is responsive, so your login experience is similar across desktop, mobile browser and app, but there are some differences that matter for players in Bangladesh.
Desktop and laptop
On a computer you usually log in via a browser like Chrome or Edge. Once you click Login and enter your data, the browser can save the password in its own manager. It is comfortable at home, because you do not need to remember the password every time.
However, do not save EK333 credentials in a shared PC in an internet cafe or office. Anyone with access to that browser could open your account and try to withdraw BDT to another wallet.
Mobile browser
In a mobile browser the process is the same, but the keyboard can hide part of the form. Make sure the correct phone number is visible and there are no extra spaces. If you have unstable mobile internet, wait a few seconds after pressing Login until the page loads fully.
Many players first discover EK333 through the mobile site and only later switch to the app, using the same login details. This is a safe way to test the platform without installing anything.
EK333 Android app and iOS PWA
In the Android app you often stay logged in for a long time, especially if you ticked Remember when you entered your password. The app only asks for credentials again after you clear data, change device or enable extra security.
On iOS PWA, which works through the browser but has an icon on the home screen, the login behaves like in a normal mobile browser. If you clear Safari data, you will need to log in again.
